Flagstone Homes was also honored to be selected as a participant in the Green Built Parade of Homes™, the first ever, single-site home tour in North Texas consisting of only resource-efficient, "green" homes. Our home was built to construction guidelines set forth by the HBA's Green Built North Texas program. These guidelines address strategies for many phases of construction, including energy efficiency, indoor air quality, material usage, site management, waste recycling and homeowner education.
2009 McSam Award Winner - Best Architectural Design
At the 2009 McSam Awards, presented annually by the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, Flagstone Homes' Maison d'Ashley (designed in-house) was selected as Best Architectural Design for a home with a sales price between $750,000 & $1,000,000. The Maison d'Ashley also won the Best Interior Merchandising award for a home with a sales price between $750,000 & $1,000,000.
